Return Policy

 For Pendants: Pendants can be returned if you contact me within 30 days of receiving the pendant(s) to ask for a return. Please contact me at sales@benruppel.com for return address info and to initiate the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive a damaged item, please email me at sales@benruppel.com with relevant photos and/or description of how the item was damaged. I will fully refund the price of any damaged item received. For t-shirts, if the print(s) on the order received has/have any problems, please let me know at sales@benruppel.com T-shirts and canvases can be returned if you contact me within 30 days of receiving the t-shirt(s) and/or canvases to ask for a return. Please contact me at sales@benruppel.com for return address info and to initiate the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I don't accept exchanges but will gladly accept a return and you can then order the item you would like instead if you so choose.
