Welcome to my blog! Take a look around and see what's new and what I've done with the space. I've been busy! I have created a lot. You can find my store here. I create designs for tshirts and photo pendants. If you need assistance with any order, please feel free to reach out at sales@benruppel.com. I take customer service seriously and will respond quickly during normal hours. I'm on Pacific Time here in the United States which, according to my sources, is PST: UTC−08:00 or PDT: UTC−07:00, for those inquring from abroad. I look forward to serving you both as a blogger and as a designer and seller of goods. A note about the items I sell: I designed everything I sell but do not ship everything myself. The T-Shirts are drop shipped, meaning they ship seperately from a printer. The printer I currently use is Printful.com .. The photo pendants are shipped by me, and will be sent within 3 days of your order via USPS Retail Ground. I currently only ship the photo pendants within the United States. I also don't currently offer combined shipping on the photo pendants and the photo pendants ship for a price of $10 for each pendant. Please see my return policy on the next post. Shipping Policy

I currently ship to the United States only. I offer priority mail shipping on pendants. The price is calculated by how many pendants you will be ordering and shipping address. I ship these myself. The shipping for tee shirts and canvases is handled via Printful, who, to the best of my knowledge, do combine shipping and base shipping price on your location. Printful is set to ship to the United States only at this time. I will ship pendants within 1-3 days of receiving your order. Tee shirts and canvases are on Printful’s schedule as they handle printing and shipping of tee shirts and canvases.
